Worcester 28i low pressure

Hi, the pressuer gauge on the front of my Worcester combi boiler reads low(.8psi). The heating and hot water seem to be working fine but hot water flow is, and always has been lower than I expected.

The house cold water pressure seems fine.

Any ideas anyone.

Could the low pressure damage the boiler?
