Hello to all on the forum. We have the above non condensing boiler, 5 years old and its leaking. Its from the lower water joint going into the pump, you can see it clearly from underneath. The pipe is plastic and looks to have a metal clip securing it. Has anyone dealt with this before and can give me any advice. Could it just be a seal that needs replacing. I look forward to any replies. Thanks mick

just to clarify, its dropping from the bottom of the pump not at a joint, just the lowest point.

Hi I am experiencing the same problem: two days ago noticed water dripping off the little bendy plastic pipe which attaches to a yellow screw cap. Is it possible to unscrew the lower bit of the boiler and just tighten this? (I am unable to turn it is in a tight spot). Did you manage to get your sorted? Thanks for any help!
