Hi,

We have a Worcester Bosch combi boiler, less than one year old. It has a remote thermostat, which is supposed to communicate with the boiler, to turn the heating on/off etc.
This is no longer happening. We have tried the reset method detailed in the user guide, but they do not seem to be linking up.
Has anyone else had this problem, or offer advice?

Thanks,
David

Yes, this is not uncommon. Check you have replaced the batteries in the order listed in the manual and f this doesn't work, your boiler and controls should still be under 2yr warranty with WB.

Yes, I will try the batteries. The clock is still ticking OK, but there may not be enough power for the signal transmitter.

Thanks.
