Boiler 2 years old, has just developed a slight leak, making strange noises and is not working correctly - any ideas?

Check the condensate drain (white pipe from under boiler to outside) hasnt (but probably has....) frozen up. Try thawing it out, might get you going again. Leak may be related, without more info cant tell.
