Worcester greenstar 30si volatile lockout fault

Hi, I have a Worcester Bosch greenstar 30si boiler which goes in to a fault mode about 20 seconds after turning on - fast flashing blue light, no reset light - which is a volatile lockout according to manual.

I have replaced temperature sensor which made no difference - are there any suggestions as to what else I could test / replace to correct the fault?
