Worcester heatslave 25 - no oil pressure

Problem solved! :D It was the coupling. It's only seeing the new one that illustrates just how much wear the previous coupling had.

So I now have pressure (at last!) - just have to commission the boiler now.

Many thanks for your help - it's made a great difference to have someone to bounce ideas off.

I may be back though if there are any commissioning issues.

No oil will exit from the nozzle line becuase the solenoid is shut.
By what you say, it seems that the pump is faulty and is not building up pressure, of course the only way to check this by using an oil pressure guage to see if the pump is in fact delivering 150psi
