Worcester highflow 400, no hot water/heat - red lights

Hi there. My heating and hot water has packed up. The boiler is as per the title. The thermostat a drayton rf1 was flashing red. Having followed the advice elsewhere on the site ie new batteries and resetting that's ok now and just showing a green light. The boiler is however still showing slow (I think) red flashing lights on W and CH. Any help/advice gratefully received.
