Hi

I have a property (house) that has a shop front. I have pp to remove the shop front and replace with one central window. It looks like this

It has to end up looking like this due to pp requirements (conservation area)

You can see in the first picture that there is a concrete lintel which is covered by the fascia above the shop front. This will need to be partly removed to allow matching bricks to be used.

Would this need Bregs to be involved?

Thanks for your help

Woah!

Why do I have a feeling of deja vu?

ISTR having seeing that pic before with the same question?

And I suspect that the answer will be the same - yes.

I suspect that you are wrong! :)

I've posted the first pic before in relation to other questions including planning issues. I've never (as far as I can remember) asked regarding bregs.

So I'm not completely wrong then, it was posted before lol

Dare say I wouldn't want to have to take the bins out in that area, if it'd been a heavy night before.

the dayglo pink dustbins, they burn my eyes...

I thought you were referring to the local residents, casually going about their business...
