Zanussi FJS1425w Programs go straight to last 3 mins

I have had this washing machine about 3 years. Which ever wash program you select, within seconds of starting it....it has progressed to the last 3 minutes of the program....skipping all of the wash and rinse cycles.
Anyone come across this....any thoughts would be welcome.
