Zanussi washing machine ,error code?

Our 3 year old ZWF12070W1 has just started freezing halfway through a cycle. It fills with water, goes through some rotations then stops still filled with water...
The Start/Pause button will flash red twice if the dial is turned or the pause button pressed..Can anyone tellme what error this is indicating please?

Perform an emergency drain (consult your user manual). Then remove the filter at the lower right hand side & remove any garbage you find in there (coins, hair-clips & other interesting stuff).
