Yes, that's right. the pic is from the Second Nature brochure, available from several retailers across the country.

if you're that strapped for storage then swap the current breakfast bar for a full wall of full height cabinets, then the storage under that section of island can be removed / reduced in depth to allow for stools under the counter.. ?

alternatively, the "american diner" booth I suggested could be constructed with lift up seats for storage of the animal supplies...

Latest update....

Behind the cooker, across the entire wall under the wall mounted units we are popping up a bespoke cut, colour matched glass splashback to match the colour on the wall.

Well, the big day nears. The kitchen is being delivered around 2pm tomorrow (Wednesday) and we can hardly wait.

Will start a new thread detailing the build as it happens.
