Optima xl6 problem

Hi all, I'm new to this but hope you will be able to help me.
I replaced the battery in my alarm as it wasn't sounding and now, every zone sounds when the doors/windows open except for the front door. Is there anything else I should have done? I think I've tried everything including changing the fuse.
