In the manual for System Config INS176-10 page 66 Option 26

Bell = 1st Alarm

The 'Bell and Strobe' outputs will activate after an intruder alarm (1st Alarm) occurs


Bell = 2nd Alarm

The 'Bell and Strobe' outputs will activate after a confirmed alarm (1st Alarm) occurs.

The default value is unchecked.

Being unchecked does this mean the 1st Alarm option is selected?

if you look on the keypad it will display according to what has been selected at default its on first alarm, not selected.
