Quick Veritas Excel Question.

I've installed the above alarm recently but just have a quick question.
Should the RKPs illumination ever go out as both mine are illuminated 24/7 regardless of being armed or disarmed. The voice diallers illumination does dim so find it strange the RKP's don't.

I've read the technical bulletin Texecom issued recently but although not having checked the version of mine yet there are a number of features I have enabled from the bulletin which said were at fault & I don't believe mine is affected. Only query I have is this RKP illumination.

The RKP's backlights are on all the time. So quite simply, no.
