Set up Texecom Premier Elite 48 so Internal sounder goes 1st

I have currently wired the panel with the Outside Bell Box coming off the bell outputs on the board. I have the internal Picollo coming from -OP1 and to +12V.
Everything is fine but on alarm they both sound at the same time. I would prefer to have only the internal on first. Is there a way of delaying the outside bell to come on 1 minute later?

I have wintex software and a laptop connection to the panel. I've stabbed around in Global delay and RKP delay but no joy so far.

Make op1 alarm not bell set bell delay to 1 min in areas
