update on 9600 alarm

hi there everyone dont worry im not here to cause trouble i just thought i would give you an update i decided to fitted the 2 of the 4 zone expander cards to my 9600 alarm pcb and wired the 5 extra zones to my panel so it now has 12 wired zones in total and it all worked in alarm no bangs or blown fuses just very sore ears. the current draw is 923ma in alarm but it works great and is extremely loud and the main 1 amp fuse is intact so no need to uprate the fuse

bottom line is have i been underestimating and worrying over a great panel? what are your opinions am i lucky to have this panel even though is old and have i been a pain cheers

Told you so...!

Push the buttons gently and change your codes from time to time 'cos, if you wear out the keypad, you'll be up poo creak.
