yale alarm

I have a old yale alarm
Its powered by 4 aa batteries

I haven't used it for a few yrs and have forgotten the securitycode to use
I do remember that it was a very basic means of initiating the secerity code

Please could someone tell me just how the new security code is renewed

Just to inform whoever that it has just 4 press button numbers on its front 1,2,3 and 4

yours sounds like a SAA5000 series or similar stand-alone device

take the batteries out and it resets to 0000 when you put the new ones in.
