Beko Wm5100W Seconds Of Water Then Drain

Hi folks,

I have with me a beko WM5100W with an error, but not sure of the fault.

On any cycle, I get water pumping into the inlet as norma... Only for around 5 seconds, then it stops filling, and then drains for 1 second then nothing else happens.

do you have to drain manually or can you set it away and it drains completely?

If I go into test mode I can fill it and drain it

Have you checked the motor brushes.

No I haven't, not looked at it today, so
someone also said may be one of the two water inlet solenoids that are bad.
