Hi I have the above dishwasher can find no more model or serial numbers even on the inside. It seems not be taking in any water, I checked hot water inlet pipe and I think it is ok, as water will flow when I turn the shut off valve on.

There is a grey drain pipe at the bottom of dishwasher at the back and the red hot water pipe is next to this, looks like part of that can be removed. Not sure about the sides as never needed to look before.

Does this sound like a simple job for a diyer, cant for sure give the exact model, but quite simple in design, only an LED for the time of cycle, and a check water, rinse aid and salt error light.

Thanks for any suggestions.

If you look right by the door lock (on the door itself) there should be something like SGS352GB/01 etched into the metalwork this is the model number

If there is water out of the feed pipe then possibly a problem with the inlet valve it is right at the back and can usually be accessed without taking off the side panels sometimes the solenoid goes open circuit and is easily checked out, I'd look there first
