Hi , be very grateful for any info. on how to replace the drain pump on this model-mine`s making lots of noise and isn`t emptying!-It looks like you need to put the machine on it`s side to gain acces from the bottom , once I`ve drained the water out manually????????--anybody done this one?

The pump is accessed from the front you just need to remove the front kickplate and the metal panel behind it and the pump twist's off but are you sure the installation isn't blocked at some point??
