Hi,

We have a Hoover VHC391 Condenser Tumble Dryer which keeps unexpectedly stopping, it’ll work fine for anywhere between 5-15 minutes and then it just stops and the red arrow light (Start indicator) starts flashing. If we then pause the machine and then start it again it’ll happily carry on for a few more minutes and then stop again with the same start indicator light flashing.

This happens no matter what the size of the load and we’ve made absolutely sure that the filter and condenser are both clear (having given the condenser a blast with a hose pipe just to make sure) and that the water container is empty.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Is there anyone on here that can help?

The heater element and thermostat have now both been replaced by me as I resorted to guessing as to what the problem could be but the problem persists.

no idea really
but check all fluff filters are clear
and because its condensing the container that holds the water must be empty with clear tubes and filters
apart from that no idea :D
check the manual for suggestions
