Hotpoint FDW60 lights 3&4 Flashing

Hi, our Hotpoint FDW60 is flashing lights 3&4 (ECO45 & Fast40). Problem is the unit is full of water and will not proceed. Have drained manually, reset and tried to run again. Problem persists. I cannot find any reference to lights 3+4 being a fault indicator. Any ideas?

Drain fault. Timed out after 4 mins. Check the pump assy or tickle the hole in the sump assy with a metal coat hanger , that's got 3 slots in it.

Thanks for the input. Found the cause. Pump removed and was clean. Checked the discharge hose and it was blocked with sludge!! cleaned thoroughly and all is good. Next time I will check the hose first. Far easier
