One of two things. Ntc on heater or pcb. Ntc. is about a tenner.

Ntc is separate. Check the connections first it's got 2 thin blue wires on it. Remove rear lower panel and you will see it.

Yes it does have 2 thin blue wires, Will the Ntc come out whilst the heater element is in situ or do i have to remove the element first?

Undo the nut next to it and the Ntc slides out. And leaves the heater in situ.

Got it out successfully thanks, does a WMA 32 have the same Ntc?
I acquired one today with noisy bearing what we are using just to get us by.

Only if you can tag the ends on it , the connections are different that's all.

Cheers...I'll give it a try when the WMA 32 has finished it's wash cycle and i have took a couple of headache tablets...lol
Will report back as soon as...Thank you :D

Tried the Ntc from the wma and still the same problem...Looks like it is the module at fault.
