Washing machine hoover DYN 8144 DHC -Error code 7

Hello, I have a new hoover DYN 8144 DHC washing machine. After the first run code E07 appeared on the display and the laundry was wet. I made the "fast spin" program. The program ended with no error codes but after the Door unlock, the E07 code appeared again.
Does anybody knows what it means??

Depending on which type of electronic module is fitted it could signal a motor or door interlock problem (most likely the latter). But none of that makes any difference if the machine is new....simply claim a warranty repair or replacement. Problem solved

You Are right!
But You know...with 3 kids a not working washing machine is a drama!
I was wondering if the problem require not to use the machine or if I can go ahead while waiting the repair!

Run it while you wait for service, if it dies in the meantime then so be it.
That is what guarantee's are for...if you dig around in there yourself you risk invalidating it altogether.
