I just wondered if anyone has used Isopon P40 as an adhesive?

I have just bought a Honda Civic & the plastic trim over the arches has some broken clips leaving it looking a bit uneven & scrappy.

I bought some dedicated spoiler adhesive, but the cure time is well over 24 hours (I need to use the car more often).

I know that P40 is not the easiest stuff to use, but it cures very rapidly.

Any thoughts or other suggestions?

TIA

Filler sticks like hell to anything so I guess it would do what you want.....you'd have to move smartish though to get it into place before it starts to go off! You'd need a fair quantity too.
An easier product could be a seam sealer or even silicone if you could tape it in place, but I don't know the curing time.

Excellent product, it will work as long as the trim has a rough enough finish to grip.

A lot depends on the grade of plastic. If the trim is ABS (quite hard) and the surfaces are roughed-up, it might work. If they're polyethylene or polypropylene (bendier and worse surface finish than ABS) , it's not likely work for long.
