mercedes sprinter -smoke

i have got a mercedes sprinter lwb it has lost power and the injecters have been changed now combined with the loss of power i have loads of black smoke coming out of the exhaust can anyone give me any advice ?

Could be an air starvation issue, clogged filter, collapsed hose or turbocharger failure, although I would have thought that the electronics would have thrown up something.
