Transit wont start on cold mornings

Hi guys I have a 53 plate transit it wont start on cold mornings
i have replaced the starter motor and battery is a year old it is a 2.4 disel
and still wont start on cold mornings I can bump start it straight away

That will be the Duratorq lump.....a reliable DI engine.
You've done the obvious, so check out battery connections and earth leads from the engine to the chassis - it sounds like the engine isn't cranking fast enough.
A tip can be to feel the battery connections to see if they get warm.

As John says. You could try jump starting it with another battery across it, this should spin it faster, if it then starts you will know where to look.

Thanks guys I think im storted it now

I took of all batteries leads and cleaned them up
it started first time at 6 this morning and it was minus 3
so fingers crossed it wont hapen again if does it going to be the glow plugs
has I done everthying else
