Conservatory walls

Hi,

I'm looking into getting a conservatory and I am curious as to a particular issue. I live in a mid terraced house, now if I build my conservatory within a certain distance of my neighbours house/the party wall will I require a full height brick wall due to fire regulations?

Ideally I would like a standard conservatory with dwarf Walls around the full structure.

Any advice would be well received

No you don't need to have solid wall, one could ask though that do you want to be sat in your conservatory when your neighbours can see you directly and vice versa.
