Does Pre-existing wall wall removal require pp?

I have a conservatory already adjoining my kitchen, will I require planning permission to remove the wall which separates the two?

No. But you will need building regulations.

You will need drawings and advice on thermal regulations. Probably best to consult a local designer with relevant experience.
