Hi, hope someone can help.

I am applying for some funding from our local council. and what they have asked for are an OS plan and an indicative plan layout. My question is what is an indicative plan layout and how or where would i get one.

thanks in advance

I would presume that the OS plan needs to be at 1:1250 or 1:500 to show the building or whatever in context of its surround area

An "indicative" plan is merely a smaller scale plan at 1:100 or 1:50 to show a bit more detail of how the proposal will work - eg room layouts, doors, windows, access routes. It merely "indicates" things, but does not have to be great detail
