Hi all my Neighbour wants to build a garage on to the side of an existing 3 garages

This is going to be very close to the line of sight my property i will decline the application for planning

The question is what is the minimum sizes that a garage can be built to i would assume just because you have a small car doesn't mean you can build a small garage ?

Regards

If it's under permitted development then "Maximum height of 2.5 metres in the case of a building, enclosure or container within two metres of a boundary of the curtilage of the dwellinghouse"
But as your neighbour already has outbuildings, they may need PP as the area already used may exceed the regulated amount.
You could call your local department for information, some are really helpful or visit the on-line Planning Portal.
