What is the minimum width for a corridor in a restaurant and internal door sizes?

How wide will the turkey tray be?

Not possible to say without knowing size of restaurant, position of corridors and doors etc.
The relevant guidance is in Approved Document B (fire) and Approved Document M (disabled access).
Not sure which regs apply to trays.
