NHBC Claim?

We have a 6 yr old house and have realised after some work that the build quality wasn't the best, after damage to our roof.

We have been told that this was never sealed properly, and could go via the NHBC, as they cover new builds for 10 years?

Can anyone tell me how we go about this? The build company, or NHBC direct?

Most people would say to go to another builder, and just get the work done, as all you will get off the NHBC is stress, ducking of responsibility and nothing done at the end of it all.

But if you want to claim under the Buildmark, then just submit your claim to the NHBC. You can do it online via their website
