Planning and Amendments

Okay we have Planning Permission for a small extension 5m X 2.7M, But the wife now wants to make it 5M X 2.8M.

As its weekend I cant contact the Planning Office, But I'm sure I read somewhere that you could make small amendments just by notifying Planning for no extra costs.
Am I correct ?

You'll only cause yourself more aggravation by telling the council. Just build it the 100 bigger - it's only half-a-brick and no-one's going to be bothered.
