Me too, I especially liked the sloping ground bit - my patio at "ground level" is actually 8 foot above ground at the back and I plan to put a conservatory on it some day. Hopefully they won't close these loopholes too quickly.

You'll need software that can view Microsoft Office Powerpoint files you can download viewer software here http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=13

Fair play to Steve for producing all this stuff (he needs to get out more) but if you're familiar with PD there's won't be much in there thats a revelation though tbh.

Or you could try 'Open Office', it's a free open source variant of MS Office, you can open and edit all MS Office files on it. http://download.openoffice.org/

Does anyone know if the sloping ground loophole also applies to decking? if I have a sloping garden and I build some decking which is level and 300mm high at the lowest end, can the other end be higher?

BTW - IIRC the PDF doesn't display properly, it's worth going back to the original document (PowerPoint presentation ?) where it's more readable.
