Just moved to a new 1930s semi house and have a question regarding making a bigger bathroom. At the moment the bathroom is tiny it only contains a bath and sink the toilet is in another room next door to the bathroom, but by knocking down a small all and bringing the bathroom door out will make a complete bathroom with toilet, the walls are not load bearing or brick they seem to be false so I'm wondering how much a builder would charge to do this work ?

Quite often, when dividing partitions (like your's) are removed, you might want to re-arrange the bathroom layout, or replace fixtures.
Making good will req work to floor, wall(s) and ceiling - and any window involved. Work would be req inside the bathroom and on the landing. Perhaps electrical and water.
Merely knocking the partition down and carting it away would be 3/4 man hours at local rates.

£250 to take the rubble away and make good where necessary. It's more than a 3 hour job.

I agree with you both, two men, half a day and dump fee's would have been more realistic. £300
