Ground Floor WC Cloakroom Construction

Hi ,

I would like to build a cloakroom backside of the house with a plan to add a conservatory adjustment to it later. how much does the basic cloakroom building costs, anyone has idea on ballpark costs please.

I think a few more details are needed.

However, if you were to build say a 2.7m x 1.8m pitched roof extension complete with electrics, heating, cloak suite, floor and wall tiling, make good all inside and outside finishes, etc, etc, then you are unlikely to have change out of £12,000.
