Removing tarmac driveway?

I have a tarmac driveway which is approximately 45 meters squared in size.

How much roughly would it cost to be removed in terms of labour?

Would this usually require skip hire and mini digger hire?

It would require a lot more information. Surprisingly Chelsea will be a lot more expensive than Burnley.

Is there easy access ? Do you know all pipe-runs ? Is it sloping significantly ?

Location is urban Gloucestershire, with no pipes, perfectly flat, and with full access to the main road from one end and one entire side length.

A very rough idea of an expected price would be really useful. Thank you.

You will need skips and a small digger, photos would help plus what depth are you going down.

Hi Cotswold, thanks for the info. Depth will be 6" to match the de-tarmacked driveway next door. Any ideas of a rough average cost? I'll take some photos tomorrow.

You will be digging out about 6.76 cubic metres, allow for expansion so a couple of skips 1 6yd a allow 1 midi skip in Chelt £260 plus vat.
Mini digger for a day £75 plus vat
Couple of blokes labour £360 plus vat.
About £834, allow 1K for any unseen problems.
