Rotten bow-window sill

Here's the sill I've been repairing for years, and have finally come to the conclusion that I'll have to replace it!!
Will I be able to buy a replacement for this sill, or will I have to fashion it myself?
Are there any existing topics on this forum which could show me the best way to replace it?
Any advice or information would be appreciated.

You will most likely have to make one but that needn't be all that difficult, the difficulty comes in exposing and cutting out the old one.
