Rough extension costs - scotland

Long shot I know as there are a lot of variables...

Had an architect round to draw up plans for a small 2 storey extension. 2.5m x 7m. There will be 2 openings into the extension one upstairs standard door size and one downstairs that will be 2.5-3m wide.

All plumbing, glazing, gas, heating, electrics and plastering will be done by me and some family(all qualified tradesmen)

Anyone give a rough price for building the structure and putting white harling on the outside?

Plain tiles or concrete interlocking?

Plain tiles. Structure has to tie in to back of an existing garage. That will probably be biggest problem.
