Does anyone know what percentage of a front garden needs to remain grass / soil etc for SUDS / flood risk factor etc when seeking planning permission for house extensions or paving of front garden?

Thanks. I should have mentioned that I looked at that site before. If I plan to pave more than 5m squared and use traditional non permeable block paving, but leave an area of the garden to be grass or rainwater garden, say a semi circle type carriage drive way so that water can be directed there, does it mean I am ok and don't need to apply for planning permission ?

If all the run-off from your paving (permeable or not) discharges only into your garden, you don't need p.p.
