Earth bonding at water pipes

Don't have access to me books right now, just wanting to double check something.

Fitting bonding to the gas and water just now, I know it physically makes no difference but just checking the regs don't say specifically, does it matter if I fit bonding before or after water stop cock?

It should be after the stopcock, on the consumers side, before any T's.

Thanks, done plenty of gas pipe/meter ones but just realised I hadn't done water main before
