anyone knows a system,, relay or plug so when i switch it on after 1 hour switched off by himself? i want to use it for my water heater tank to heat the water before a shower.

Something maybe like this but i need the 1 hour option http://www.belkin.com/conserve/socket/

Those programmable sockets (plugs )are no good because either i forget them ON more then i need or heats the water maybe when i do not need.

You need to check the rating of your water heater (look at the label) aand get something which will switch this current.

The Belkin item you link to is unlikely to be capable of switching an immersion heater and will not fit a UK socket.

I would go with Daftpunk's suggestion (Safe for loads of up to 3KW - Your heater should be less than this but check) and install it in the cupboard which contains the tank.

I've fitted a few of those electrisavers. They seem pretty good to me.
