Replacement for Smiths Programmable Light Switch Timer?

The switch that controls my porch lights has given up the ghost.
Is it a Smiths programmable but it also has a separate switch to control a non-programmable light (see photo).

I haven't seen any with this kind of functionality - is it possible to get a replacement or must I buy a separate switch and (put along side) for the internal light it currently controls?

I've seen this kind but they are not really 'programmable'.
I need one that allows multiple settings in a 24hr cycle.

the switch is jamming - I think something has fallen off behind the switch itself. The board is welded on so I can't remove it to check/repair...

I didn't think the board was soldered in. I've had one of them apart and don't recall desoldering anything.
