Have taken spur frOm socket to power 3 kitchen cupboard under strips and 12v halagon display lamp via transformer
What is the correct way to wire it? And should it be 3A fuse?

Wire to supply side of fspur then run load side to a back box. At the back box you have a double light switch. Terminate the live and loop between switch 1 and 2 com.

The neutral goes on a connection block with the neutrals for the transformer leds and for the strip lights. The live (which is the switched live) for / from the transformer LEDs and the strip lights goes to each of the switches.

Look at the wiki, uk electrics, lights, one way switching if the above doesn't make sense.

The transformer needs to be service accessible.

You could just run the LNE of both items to the fused spur load LNE, but then they would both be on one switch.
