Is there a clever way to change 6 x 6 fence panels that are held in-between concrete posts?

Is it get the help of a friendly person and step ladders and lift out the old and drop in the new ones. Just seems a bit awkward to me

If the concrete posts are those of the type which are 'H' in cross-section, then I can't see any other way really.

The old panels could be cut into pieces to avoid the need for lifting - I guess it depends on which is less hassle for you !

As long as you have clearance above the fence panel, I cant see a problem with doing as you say.
Would be a lot easier than removing the concrete post.
As said break the old panel out.

Just do as you suggest, however, watch out for the high winds that have been forcast for the next day or two, as they will easily cause the panels to be snatched from your hands once unsupported by the posts.
