Fencing cost

I need to renew a garden fence, was going to do it myself but may have it done by a local man.

Does anyone know the approximate cost per metre for the following?

The total length is about 23 metres....the concrete posts and concrete gravel boards are already in. I want to have arris rails and 5 foot vertical featherboard, same as is there now....so its basically just erecting the fence between the posts.

Any comments most welcome

The 'local man' is going to give me a quote......I just want an idea of the cost to judge if he's giving me a fair price.
