ladder stand-off

i'm looking for a ladder stand-off to fit a telescopic ladder similar to this:

it's an A frame telescopic that also extends straight. after much googling it appears some/most of the stand-offs on the market are designed for traditional extending ladders, not telescopics, however i'm wondering if this might do the job as it only appears to attach to one rung:

It might - but given our obsession with H&S these days, I wouldn't expect anyone here to totally endorse it.

thanks for reply, i'm being directed to this by one or two companies, not exactly what i want as it doesn't attach to lower rungs but i might give it a go:
