Approx cost for rendering wall?

I am in the process of attempting to purchase my first house. It's somewhat of a project though. One area that needs attention is the rear wall render. Can anyone give an approx cost to re-render this:

Size is something like:
- 2.5*6.5 (rear extension)
- 3*6.5 (side of extension)
- 1.5*7 (rear of house)

Also, what £ difference would it be to go insulated render?

I just need a figure to give me an idea for my costs estimate for the renovation. I will get builders to look once i'm a little further in the buying process.

generally its £25 per square meter, but this is for internal plastering. I expect rendering that high will be much more.

I would suggest getting 3 quotes and going from there.

You may find insulated render not much dearer as there are subsidies if you have solid walls (independent of your wealth).

See the bit on carbon saving obligation.

They also pop it over the top of the old stuff so no need to hack it off, which will be a considerable part of the labour.

Go for that - check in the painters forum for cleaning/mouldkill/best weather paint
