Exterior rendering K-Rend vs. External Wall Coating

I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice/ experiences.

Looking to get the outside of my property re-rendered and have had two alternative quotes for different products - K-Rend and then a resin bonded waterproof coating.

Does anyone have any experience of pros and cons of each?? The waterproof coating is coming in at about £800 cheaper.

the water proof coating will be a thin coat render bucket coat over a OCR render....thats how your ment to do it!!
as for monocouche render dont use Krend its crap use parex or weber

little bit more info on the job will be good.

i can advice on backing coats mesh top coats ect

I decided to go with the water-proof coating option.. so will wait to see how it pans out.
